Совсем недавно вроде отпустили стрелка, но есть такие, которые закрыты в ожидании суда. И потом – совсем не везде отсутсвует duty to retreat.
Там где duty to retreat не наличествует – таперичи, надо полагать, лоеры будут добиваться освобождения подозреваемых.

Date: 2017-10-20 03:04 pm (UTC)В любом судебном процессе есть нехилый шанс проиграть и сесть, ещё больше шанс выиграть уголовный процесс но потом проиграть административный, и стопроцентный шанс потерять кучу денег, времени и нервов.
Поэтому оборона должна быть эшелонированной - свет, собака, сигнализация, система видеонаблюдения, прочная дверь и так далее. Оружие в этом списке на последнем месте.

Это нормальная тактика для ведения боевых действий где-нибудь в провинции Хельманд с прибором ночного видения и подствольным гранатомётом, но совершенно не годится для описанного сценария.
